Location: VOA Museum, 8070 Tylersville Rd, West Chester, OH 45069.
Details: If you don’t already have one you’ll need a free FCC ID number called an “FRN”. Follow this link to the FCC HERE . You can take more than one exam per session. Please ensure you have studied for these test elements and have been scoring at least 80% on practice tests.
There is also a $35 fee from the FCC to issue a new license. Upgrades will not be charged the fee. You will have 10 days after your license to log onto the Universal Licensing System (ULS) and pay the fee, or have your license declined. These fees will be in addition to the GLAARG fees.

* Exam fees are waived for US residents: minors (max age 17), full time enrolled students (max age 24) with a current ID, Active US Military, US Veterans, and GLAARG VEs upgrading to Extra. Please fill out and submit the Fee Waiver Form
